We offer FREE worlwide shipping to all our customers. 

 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Processing Time: All orders will be processed within 1 business day.

Shipping Time: Once processed, your order will be shipped via an environmentally friendly carrier that offsets carbon emissions.

USA: 6 - 8 business days

UK: 4 - 8 business days

Canada: 7 - 12 business days

Australia: 7 - 12 business days

Europe: 7 - 12 business days

Other countries: 12 - 20 business days

 

What if my order never arrived? Lost or stolen shipments

Please contact us at help@tasholy.com. We’ll either resend a new order or give you a full refund if preferred. 

 

I entered the wrong address, what do I do?

Contact help@tasholy.com immediately. In some cases, we may be able to change the address for you if your order hasn't already been processed. 

 

Where do you ship from?

Primarily we ship out from fulfilment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

 

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

We offer immediate order cancellations up to a limit of 1 hour after purchasing - so if you change your mind within that time - send us a message and we'll cancel and refund you in full as soon as we get your request.

 

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

Our return policy lasts 30 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

We will accept any returns for all undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer expectations and ensure satisfaction of your purchases.

We're confident our premium curated products selection will meet or exceed your expectations but if you want to make a return - please contact our support team at help@tasholy.com and we will respond within 24 hours to assist with the process.
